The following Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure our customers satisfaction and understanding of the event ticket purchasing process on 1010Collins.com. We strive to bring our customers the utmost customer service. Questions can be sent via e-mail to info@1010collins.com.

Payment Methods

1010 Collins accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Delivery Options

All event ticket sales are Will-Call only. You must bring your proof of purchase (confirmation email) to receive your event ticket.


1010 Collins is committed to each of our customers. Before purchasing your event tickets, review carefully your event choice to ensure the correct purchase. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are subject to a processing fee of $100.00 US dollars. No refunds will be issued for a cancellation within 30 days of the event. Substitutions may be permitted on a space available basis. All notice of cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to info@1010collins.com.

Refunds for Canceled Events

In a rare event of a cancelation, a 1010 Collins representative will contact you at the email provided from your order and issue a refund within 7-10 business days to the card used for the purchase.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with a 1010 Collins respresenative whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. 1010 Colins will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. All purchases will receive an proof of purchase in the form of a confirmation email. This proof of purchase is required to receive your event ticket at pick up.


We will exchange event tickets for another event, or for an upgrade (for an additional charge) if space is available.
